Is the first website design really free?
Yes. We create a custom design concept for you to review first. There is no design fee upfront. If you approve it and want us to finish the website, move it to your main domain, host it, and manage it, the $147/month subscription begins.
What is included in the $147/month plan?
Your plan includes the custom WordPress website, mobile-friendly design, secure hosting, WordPress maintenance, regular backups, basic technical support, and an SEO-friendly foundation. The plan has a 12-month commitment.
What is the 14-day cancellation and refund policy?
If you are not satisfied, you may request cancellation within 14 days (2 weeks) of your initial purchase. Submit your request through the Support contact form on 147web.site, select Support as the subject, and clearly request cancellation.
If we receive the request within 14 days of your initial payment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What happens after the first 14 days?
After the 14-day refund period, subscription payments are non-refundable. During the initial 12-month agreement, the subscription remains active and monthly payments continue. A cancellation that is eligible under the contract takes effect at the applicable billing period, with no additional charges after it takes effect.
How does the 12-month contract work?
Each launched website is provided under a 12-month subscription agreement at $147/month. During that term, monthly payments continue according to the plan. After completing all 12 months, you may transfer the website and take full control, or choose optional ongoing hosting and basic management.
Can I cancel after the initial 12 months?
Yes. After completing the initial 12-month term, you may cancel at any time. Submit your request at least 14 days before your next billing date through the Support contact form on 147web.site. Select Support and clearly state that you wish to cancel.
What are my options after 12 months?
You may transfer the website to your own hosting and take full control. Alternatively, you may switch to the optional Basic Website Management Plan for $47/month, which includes:
- Secure website hosting
- WordPress updates
- Security monitoring
- Regular backups
- Basic technical support
You are under no obligation to continue after the initial 12-month agreement.
