Refund Policy

GMBRanger offers users 5 free credits to experience our service. Upon the use of these free credits, users have the option to upgrade to a premium membership to continue using our review request system.

As a standard practice, we do not provide refunds once a user has upgraded to a premium membership and used the allowed credits. However, if a payment was made in error, and no credits were used, a refund may be requested.

Would you find yourself in the situation where payment was made but no credits were used, please contact our support team at support@gmbranger.com. Our team will review the case and, if valid, process a refund within 24 hours.

If our system doesn’t work for any technical or internal errors, only then we will refund. Otherwise, we won’t refund.

GMBRanger holds no obligation to refund or compensate for unused credits in the premium membership after they have been applied to the account.
