This is because the buyer gains full ownership and control over the digital asset, making it impossible for us to reverse the process.
- No Refunds Due to Ranking Changes: Google rankings can fluctuate due to a variety of factors, including updates to Google’s algorithm, changes in SEO practices, or competition. We provide the website in its current ranking condition, but we cannot guarantee that the ranking will remain the same post-transfer. Any ranking changes are the responsibility of the new owner, and no refunds will be issued due to drops in search engine rankings.
- Due Diligence Before Purchase: We encourage all buyers to thoroughly research the website and its performance before making a purchase. This includes reviewing the SEO strategies in place, analyzing traffic trends, and understanding Google’s algorithm updates. By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have conducted sufficient due diligence.
- Ownership & Responsibility: Once ownership is transferred, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the website, including its management, content, and SEO practices. Any issues arising after the transfer, including hosting, domain, or ranking, are outside our control and will not be grounds for a refund.
- No Chargebacks: By agreeing to our terms, the buyer waives the right to initiate any chargebacks or disputes after the website has been transferred. All sales are final once the transfer is complete.
