At GMB Ranger LLC, all purchases are final, and we do not offer refunds once an SMS package is activated. Clients are responsible for ensuring their messages are correctly composed and sent, as we cannot refund for incorrect or unintended SMS transmissions.
Our SMS plans are valid for three months from the date of purchase. If the allocated messages are not used within this period, they will expire automatically without any rollover or refund. It is the customer's responsibility to utilize the service within the validity period.
